With over a decade of solid sales experience and exceptional results, Matt has held several leadership positions within the organization. In early 2016, Matt was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales where he continued to direct the sales organization ensuring optimal results. In early 2018, Matt was promoted to President, bringing the organization into the next year and beyond.

With over four decades of industry experience, Steve's vast knowledge of the business as well as the overall organization, makes him uniquely qualified to continue to advance DSC in the coming years. Steve has held several roles within the company; finally joining the sales force in 1989. Steve's extensive in-depth market knowledge, operational warehouse experience, and existing tenured sales relationships within both the industry and the organization have prepared him for his role as Vice President of DSC Sales.

With nearly twenty years of experience in the distribution industry, Allen spent the majority of this career with a sales and marketing organization that worked extensively with paper, janitorial and industrial packaging distributors in North America who served businesses within the property & facility management, healthcare, retail, industrial packaging and foodservice verticals. His marketing experiences include brand development, management and growth, digital marketing as well as more traditional marketing methods in the B2B space.
